Award Winning Recipe

The food and management comes from an award winning background, overseen by Mark McNamee, who worked for Celebrity chef, Paul Rankin for 7 years, running various businesses in Northern Ireland, prior to running his own Mexican Restaurant. He then moved over to England to take up roles in County Durham, developing now award winning restaurants and pubs.
